I've never quite understood the appeal of the "bad boy."
Exciting. Dangerous. Mysterious. Thrilling. Intoxicating.
Adjectives....that I am indifferent towards.
Sounds overwhelming, to tell you the truth...and a lot of work.
They're great in books, movies and dramas...
But real life....not so much, I don't think.
Perhaps I know my capabilities...
And I'm not capable of changing that "bad boy."
Or, perhaps I'm just lazy...
That and I don't enjoy the chase either...
I'd rather read a book. Does that make me dull?
Possibly...but my hearts not broken, is it?
